Who Are Your Customers & Where Are They?
An important element of planning your business is to understand who will use your products/services.
Researching and finding customers who are in demand of your services/products is imperative business etiquette. Please do not waste your time in finding customers who are not interested in your expertise. Work on your current customers first and make sure excellent customer service is provided then only then should you seek new customers. The following questions should be researched when finding customers that demand your products/services:
* Are they female?
* Are they male?
* Are they a mix of both male & female?
* What are their age bracket?
* Where do these consumers congregate?
* What are their interests?
* What are their salary range?
* What are their shopping habits?
* Do they reside in apartments, houses or rural areas?
Answering the above questions will help you to ascertain the limitations of your business and your consumers’ spending habits. Some of the most successful businesses understand who to cater too in terms of acquiring customers. With the answers to these questions, you can arrange business strategies and decisions that will help you attain consumers for the success of your business.
