Most of us encounter writer’s block, that’s just a fact of life for writers. The question is how do you keep from having writer’s block when there’s so much to say?

I, for instance like to keep notes. Whenever I have an idea, I write it down…soon my ideas are a page long. Next, I gather those notes and fill in the blanks of what is missing to form my ideas into an article. This tactic helps me keep focused and tell my story.

What should you write about?

Keep in mind your blog/s niche and write about it. Write about a specific topic that will help benefit your readers. Let your readers get to know you first and foremost. Engage your readers with your writing by asking questions to help build comments to your blog.

Provide basic, real, useful information as well as resources to go along with the information you’re writing. What are your interests? Will it interest your readers as well? Offer “how to tips” and how it made you successful.

What are you an expert at?

Can your readers benefit from it too? How has it worked for you? In my blog, I share business articles and links to resources that have helps me and will help others too. Have you had this experience? If so, let your readers know how they can benefit also.

Look for other articles!

Look for other interesting articles that are related to your blog theme. Remember to ask for permission to use an article and never alter the content of a guest article. These can help when you’re experiencing writer’s block big time!

Be creative!
